    So… tell me something.

    On Fatebender (my case), if may I have up to 3 Arcane Flux stacks, the damage of Encounter Powers will be increased by 15% ??? (each 5% x 3)??

      It’s per each use only. It means that if you use 3x At-Will powers the very next Encounter power gets a 15% bonus, and Arcane Flux counter is reset right after. If you would use 1x At-Will, 1x Encounter, 1x At-Will, etc, you’d have 5% bonus only, because you would constantly be using up Arcane Flux stacks with each Encounter. If you would use one Encounter power right after another, the 2nd one won’t get any bonus, because you didn’t manage to accumulate any Arcane Flux after the first one used it all up.
      To maintain permanent 15% you need too do a rotation of 1-2-3 At-Wills, 1xEncounter, 1-2-3 At-Wills, 1xanother Encounter, etc.
